The cost of our denture services will depend on the type of dentures you choose to complete your smile, such as partial, full, or fixed. Regardless of your unique treatment needs, the Highland Village Dental Studio team offers high-quality, affordable dentures. We are in-network with most PPO plans and also offer flexible financing options through CareCredit.
Dentures are a set of removable prosthetic teeth. They are used to restore smiles in cases of partial or complete tooth loss. At Highland Village Dental Studio, we create our affordable dentures from high-quality acrylic bases and natural-looking artificial teeth. The flesh-colored base is shaded to match your surrounding gum tissue and hold your artificial teeth in place. Once placed in your mouth, dentures restore the function of your missing teeth. They also help maintain the natural appearance and structure of your face. Because dentures are removable, you can easily take them out for daily cleaning and care.
The process of receiving dentures takes multiple appointments to our comfortable Roseville office. Dr. Sahota and the Highland Village Dental Studio team will design your dentures from a series of impressions, based on the extent of your tooth loss. We use the impressions of your mouth and gums to create a detailed model. You will try on the model several times to ensure the proper shape and fit. We will also help you determine your preferred tooth color before your final denture is created at the lab. Once you receive your completed dentures, you will speak, eat, smile, and laugh with confidence again.
When it’s time to receive dentures, depending on the extent of your tooth loss, you can receive partial dentures or full dentures. Full dentures replace a full set of teeth in cases of complete tooth loss. If you still have most of your natural teeth, Dr. Sahota may recommend a partial denture. Also known as a removable bridge, a partial denture fits over the gums and surrounding teeth to replace one or more missing teeth.
If you’re interested in a stable and permanent tooth loss solution, implant-supported dentures may be right for you. Also called fixed dentures, implant-supported dentures use a series of dental implants to anchor the overdenture to the jawbone. The process involves a minor surgical procedure to insert the implants and create a stable foundation for the dentures.
Unlike removable dentures, implant-supported dentures are the only type of denture that can restore bone tissue that was lost as a result of missing teeth. Implants are made from biocompatible titanium and fuse to the surrounding jawbone. This stimulates tissue growth and helps preserve the shape and health of the jaw. Once the denture has been anchored to the implants, it can be cared for just like natural teeth. Be sure to practice daily brushing and flossing to keep your smile bright and your breath fresh!
