Dr. Navneet Sahota grew up in a small town in Northern British Columbia, Canada. Her love for art, science and technology lead her to develop an interest and passion in the field of dentistry. She finished her general studies in science in British Columbia, Canada. She was drawn to California by the diversity and beauty. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco.

Her inquisitive nature and genuine interest in making people smile with confidence have led her to start a practice of her own. She is fully committed to providing her patients with great quality dental work that she can truly be proud of.
Her personal goal is to serve each patient with compassion, respect, and honesty. With more than 11 years of experience in Dentistry and over eight years of experience in Invisalign, Dr. Sahota is passionate about enhancing and changing her patients’ smiles and confidence.
She loves learning and regularly attends seminars and courses to stay current in advancements in dentistry. She completed a residency program from the University of the Pacific, San Francisco in dental sleep medicine. She has been treating patients for sleep apnea with oral appliances since 2020.
In addition to practicing dentistry, she enjoys her time with her family and kids. She loves traveling, cooking, exploring different cuisines, going to the gym, and watching Disney movies.

Dr. Mistry, originally from Southern California, now calls Sacramento home. She holds a B.S. in Biology from UC San Diego and a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University, where she also worked as a student dentist in Maine and served on the admissions committee.

In her free time, she enjoys food, binge-watching series, and traveling with her husband and daughter.
